Kabocha pumpkin



My husband likes Kabocha pumpkin but I'm lazy to cook. 
It's hard to peel and cut but it's yummy.So, it's husband's job to peel, cut, 
and bake in the oven. I mixed with soymilk and chilled in the fridge. yumyum.

i think you like kabocha. it's sweet and yummy :) it's not sticky like american pumpkins.
