Kanten (Agar) is vegan gelatin. I usually get from a Japanese market but I guess Chinese and Korean markets have it, not sure though. I made Tomato Jelly for dinner a while ago. Of cource fruit jelly is yummy too.
Edamame is yummy source of protein :) I mixed with Umeboshi (pickled plum), sesami, sesami oil, and soy sauce, I think.
